Business & Commercial Loans Center is a loan procurement brokerage company. We work with dozens of national, regional and local banks, finance companies and leasing companies. We also work with lenders that will make loans to companies that are not financially strong enough to meet bank credit standards (hard money lenders). We also work with lenders who will make a real estate based loan to borrowers who cannot prove their income (stated income loans).
We have been in business since 1990 and bring to the table and process a wealth of knowledge, experience, diligence and patience.
